Participating 100% free and confidentially in any position with us, which allows you to be eligible for all 4 different types of certificates at once. 2. Creating a profile with us. By creating a profile in our system and taking our logic test, you immediately become eligible for the "High Logic Reasoning" certificate, and you also become searchable proactively by our headhunters for positions at our +800 clients. Download the file and place it on your LinkedIn cover photo Our LinkedIn cover model includes all your badges and certification numbers and comes in the correct size and proportion to fit your profile. To change your cover photo to this file on your LinkedIn, simply click on the "pencil" for editing your profile cover, located in the top right corner of your profile, illustrated next to it in pink, and attach the image we provided.

1. Paste them in the footer of your resume We recommend including the badges of your certifications in the upper or lower footer of your resume, in the highlighted locations next to it in pink. If you prefer, you can also create a new section at the end of your resume called "My Foursales Certificates" including the badges in this section. 2. Paste them on your LinkedIn cover photo If you don't want to use the Foursales LinkedIn cover model, which already includes all your badges and was provided above, you can include the badges in your preferred photo. We recommend placing them in the highlighted locations next to it in pink, with an explanatory caption with the text "My certificates with Foursales".

1. Post them on your LinkedIn timeline. We recommend posting your certificates on your LinkedIn timeline. If you want a suggested text, we recommend: "I would like to share the recognition I received from Foursales Company, one of the global references in assessing the potential of sales and marketing professionals." 2. Attach them in the certificates area of your LinkedIn profile. We recommend including your certificates in the certificates area of your LinkedIn profile. To do this, click on "Add profile section" just below your profile picture, in the modal that appears, expand the "Recommended" section and click on "Add licenses and certificates", filling out the modal that appears (illustrated next to it). For the certificate to be visible, it will be necessary to upload the file to some page on the internet and add the URL in the "Credential URL" field.

The reliability of our certificates varies according to each type of certificate, also requiring caution in understanding what each one is for and what their evaluation bases are, as they are generated using different methods and have different purposes, namely: 1. High-logic Certificate. Reliability level: High. How it's generated: Through the response to our logic test, the FLI | Foursales Logical Index. What it's for: It attests that the professional in question ranked among the top X% of professionals in this test, indicating that the person has an above-average ability to reason, comprehend, and judge critical issues. 2. Favorite Certificate. Reliability level: High. How it's generated: It's generated through a careful evaluation by one or more of our headhunters. What it's for: It attests that the professional has been marked in our system as one of the best professionals in the market for a particular type of role, indicating an above-average capacity for positions of that specific type for which they were "favorited." It's important to mention that only with the certificate you cannot know exactly for what type of position, to find out this information it's necessary to contact our support team by sending an email to: contact@foursales-company.com. 3. Finalist Certificate. Reliability level: Medium-High. How it's generated: It's generated through the careful approval by one or more of our headhunters as a finalist in a selection process that had a high sampling of candidates and high evaluative density in its stages. What it's for: It attests that the professional ranked among the top 20% of professionals interviewed for that position, which implies that among the 15 to 20 professionals with all the requirements who were interviewed and compared for the position, he or she ranked among the top 3 to 5. 4. Approved by AI Certificate. Reliability level: Medium-Low How it's generated: It's generated through the automatic evaluation of our sales and marketing pyramid base job automation software, which compares the data of the best-rated professionals in the positions of our executive search consultancy and creates and applies potential prediction parameters. What it's for: It attests that the professional was screened by our algorithms as possibly among the top 20% of professionals for a particular type of position.

Each certificate we issue has a serial number, which works to organize in our system the name of the certificate holder and the date the certificate was issued. To verify if the certificate you are viewing is original and on what date it was actually issued, simply request this service by sending an email to contact@foursales-company.com. Remember to include in the email the name of the person and the certificate number you want to confirm.
